Consent for promotions and discounts

When you tick the "Consent" box in the Promotions & Discounts sign-up, you agree that TimeDrip AB (reg. no. 559356-4304) stores and processes your email address and/or mobile number in order to send news, campaigns, discount codes and offers by email and SMS.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and only needed for these messages – you can shop with us without giving it.

We keep the data for as long as you are subscribed and delete it when you unsubscribe. It is never used for other purposes and never sold. It is processed by us and by our email and SMS providers, who act only on our instructions.

You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message, by replying to an SMS as instructed, or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect messages already sent.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object. Contact us at kontakt@timedrip.se. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
