Complaints and warranty

The Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen 2022:260) gives you the right to make a complaint about original defects for up to three years. Defects that appear within two years are presumed to have existed at delivery. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time – within two months is always considered reasonable. In addition, we provide our own 2-year TimeDrip warranty. Normal wear and tear, battery replacement and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
