All watches ship from our SE/EU warehouse.
We notify you as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
You'll receive a tracking number once the parcel leaves the warehouse. Shipping is insured and requires a signature.
Four-year warranty on movement and case. 14-day right of withdrawal for unused watches in original packaging.
Payment is completed securely in the Shopify checkout.

Frequently asked questions about buying from TimeDrip
- How long does delivery take?
- If the watch is in our Swedish warehouse it ships from Sweden with tracked and insured delivery. If the reference is with one of our EU partners, delivery normally takes up to 14 days. Stock status is shown on every model.
- What warranty does TimeDrip provide?
- We provide our own four-year TimeDrip warranty from the delivery date, covering movement, case and components. As an independent grey-market dealer, TAG Heuer's own retailer warranty does not apply through us. You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unused watches in their original packaging.
- Are the watches genuine TAG Heuer?
- Yes. Every watch is checked against its reference number, serial number and TAG Heuer documentation before shipping, and comes in its original box with a warranty card. We never sell replicas.
